Shipping Information – Kidunified®

Kidunified currently ships within Canada. Orders are sent out via a variety of Carriers and are sent with tracking information provided by the Carrier. See FAQs below.

Orders are charged a delivery rate set by the Carrier based on your Postal Code location within Canada. The charge is a flat rate.

Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address when placing your order so a shipping confirmation is sent back to you.

Note: Verify all of your information before submitting your order. Ensure you include unit numbers, condo numbers, etc. and that your email address is correct. Kidunified is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. Kidunified is not responsible for packages once they are in the Carrier’s hands. We will do our best to help you track down your package, but because we send all orders with tracking, it is essential that you contact the in the event that your package doesn’t get delivered to you and file a Claim. Also, if your package doesn't arrive, will open an investigation to track it down.  Please respond to their correspondence as this helps us to claim the expense of the missing products in the event that it can't be found which in turn helps me to keep prices down. If the Carrier cannot find your package after their investigation, we will certainly send out a new one to you.

We also offer free local delivery in the Guelph, Ontario and nearby areas as determined by Postal Code.

At checkout, you’ll be able to select from either Local Delivery or Shipping. To select local delivery, enter your address in the delivery screen and once it's filled out, click the "Continue to Shipping" button and you should see the delivery options.

Local Orders will be dropped off at your front door (contactless). You will receive an email to confirm your order has been delivered. If you live in a condo or an apartment, please leave instructions at checkout if you have a buzzer/where you'd like your order left.

You can pay via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Diners Club) Apple Pay, Google Pay or Interac (subject to change). If you would like to pay via e-transfer, please send an email to before placing your order.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping costs will vary by Postal Code as determined by the Carrier.

When will my order Arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days following order receipt. To expedite this process, please email, and we will do our best to accommodate your rush request. A Carrier will provide delivery for all orders in Canada. There can be occasional delivery delays which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Will I get a Tracking Number?

An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. A Carrier tracking number will be provided to you so you can track delivery of your order.

Signature Required?

No signature will be required for delivery. Please ensure that your street address is correct, complete, and accessible and appropriate to receive parcels.


You will receive an electronic receipt. To cut back on unnecessary paper waste, we do not include paper receipts or paper packing slips in your package.
